Episode 2 - Revenge of the Great Camera Shootout

Sorry this blog has been quiet for a while - I'm actually posting more frequently on http://www.fstopacademy.com/blog/ but I'm probably going to turn this site at denlennie.com into more of my shooting /production blog.

Anyway talking of shooting Zacuto/kessler have just released the 2nd part of the Revenge of the Great Camera Shootout.

In this episode the camera's are revealed but that's not really all that important as you'll see.

This years test is not so much about which canera performs better because the bigger discussion is that ALL of the camera's did pretty well handled in the right way by people skilled in understanding how to get the very best from each format.

The documentary really does a great job of levelling the playing field and that can only be a good thing for our industry.

All the camera's in the right hands are good enough and there is something for every budget meaning there are no barriers any longer to stop anyone from going put and making a film.
