What VBA offers

VBA (Video Business Accelerator) is coaching, community and tools for video production company owners who want to grow without being in every seat. Since 1 September 2026 there is one programme, the VBA Elite Boardroom: $1,700 USD a month, flat, cancel anytime, with no application and no onboarding fee. Month one is where you and Den find out whether it's a fit.

What is the VBA Elite Boardroom?

The VBA Elite Boardroom is VBA's only programme: a weekly coaching room, run by Den Lennie, for video production company owners moving from operator to CEO. Earlier programmes are closed to new members.

Membership includes:

• The S.C.A.L.E. Diagnostic when you join. Where your business sits, the constraint holding it there, and the one move to make first.
• The weekly Boardroom call. Tuesdays, in two time slots so members in both hemispheres get a live seat. Bring real numbers and real decisions, and get direct input from Den and the room.
• Direct Signal access to Den. Text or voice note between calls, for when you're at a decision point. The one-to-one part of the coaching runs here rather than in scheduled calls.
• Your own AI operating system. Built with you, on your own files, for quoting, follow-up, marketing and admin: the same system Den runs VBA on.
• The VBA toolset. The proprietary AI tools described below.
• The room. Owners held to the VBA Code of Conduct: extreme ownership, ego at the door, a monthly financial review, gratitude, and permission to be called out on any story that may be holding you back.
• In-person events. Open to every member. The event is covered while you're there; travel and hotel are yours.

How much does the VBA Elite Boardroom cost?

The VBA Elite Boardroom costs $1,700 USD a month, flat, with GST included for Australian clients. There's no onboarding fee, no minimum term and no discount.

• Your rate is locked for as long as you stay a paying member.
• Memberships aren't paused: you stay, or you cancel.
• You can leave and come back later, possibly at a higher rate.
• A co-owner or business partner in the same business joins under the same membership.
• There are no refunds. The commitment is one month: in that month you'll know whether it's a fit, and you walk away with real value either way.

Who is the VBA Elite Boardroom for?

The VBA Elite Boardroom is for owners of video production businesses who want off the tools and are ready to be held to the work. The suggested minimum is $150K a year in revenue. That's the baseline, not the test, and previous higher years count. Hybrid photo and video businesses are in.

What matters most is being ready to invest in yourself and accepting that building a repeatable, scalable business takes 9 to 18 months. Den's test on price: if you look at $1,700 a month and see an investment, it's probably the right move; if it reads as a cost, it probably isn't yet.

The Boardroom isn't for businesses still in survival mode, where the problem is getting any work in the door. It isn't for anyone after a course to watch or a quick fix, and it isn't for people who don't want to be challenged or don't want a group. What is in the VBA toolset?

The VBA toolset is a set of proprietary AI tools built for video production companies and included with membership. The brand line is "Less AI. Used better.": two tools used well beat ten used badly.

• Prospector Engine. You feed in your business and your ideal client. The engine finds matching companies and the decision-makers in them, scores each prospect from A to D, and exports an outreach-ready list with a personalised angle for each lead.
• LinkedIn Response Engine. Drafts replies to LinkedIn messages in your voice, with three options that keep the conversation open. It never connects to your LinkedIn account; you copy the reply you want across.
• Service Pages Builder. Service pages for your website, structured to convert and to rank.
• Blog Cluster Builder. A hub page plus supporting articles that hold together as authority content.
• Schema Markup Builder. The structured data that helps search engines understand a page.

The last three make up the Google Business Profile optimiser suite. The tools speed up the work. They don't replace the diagnosis, the strategy or the accountability.

What method does the VBA coaching run on?
